Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl says they go to Aston Villa on Saturday in good shape.

Hasenhuttl admits a top ten finish is now on for Saints.

He said, "We always look up; the goal is always to think about what we can achieve and to aim as high as possible. The way we develop our game is what we are concentrating more on. We are not using energy looking at the table, we are looking at getting better."

On keeping his best players, Hasenhuttl continued: "We would like to have them here, but the moment could come when they get offers from bigger clubs. Then you have to decide; we are not in a position to say players will stay with us for 10 years. It is important we have a core who are really committed to us and help us. This team can change; there are lots of good, young players out there who should know we are a good place to get your first Premier League appearance."
