Kota Kinabalu: The State Government should set up a special committee to study the controversial Nature Conservation Agreement (NCA) for any shortcomings that need to be rectified and to accommodate where necessary.
Former Putatan MP Datuk Dr Marcus M. Mojigoh said such move is vital to protect native rights in the agreement which must be mentioned in it.
