Kota Kinabalu: The reopening of the country’s borders on April 1 needs to be backed up with tourist-friendly initiatives, said Sabah Economic Advisory Council (SEAC) Chairman Tan Sri David Chu.

“Firstly, we must do away with the visa requirement for visitors from countries, especially China, having direct flights to Kota Kinabalu at least until the end of next year.
