Kota Kinabalu: A motorcyclist was killed while his pillion rider was injured after their motorcycle skidded and rammed a lamppost (pic) on Jalan Papar Lama, near Kg Dambai, Wednesday.
Alwyn Lazius Jitamil, a resident of Kg Sugud, is believed to have died at the scene in the 1.05am incident.
Sergeant Yunus was investigating at the scene.
Penampang Police Chief Deputy Supt Mohd Haris Ibrahim said the case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
