SANDAKAN: Residents of Kg Gas, who lost their homes in a fire four years ago, may finally breathe a sigh of relief now that the village’s long-awaited bridge has been cleared for reconstruction.
The affected residents are currently staying in containers as a temporary shelter and require the bridge which will enable them to reconstruct their houses as well as a surau on the original site.
