The Daily Express says Newcastle are readying a £10-12m bid for Kelly ahead of the summer market.
Kelly has been with the Cherries since 2019. The contract is valid until June 30, 2024.
The 23-year-old defender has made 31 league appearances for Bournemouth this season, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
