Sport says Newcastle and Crystal Palace have been following the youngster and are eager to bring him to England this summer.
Casado, 19, has been outstanding for Barça's Juvenil A team this season, which top their table by 15 points.
The midfielder's deal expires in June, though coaching staff have recommended he be offered new terms.
