Former England winger Shaun Wright-Phillips has told Leeds United players what to expect from new manager Jesse Marsch.
Wright-Phillips, who played for the American during the pair's time at New York Red Bulls has explained how he is the ideal replacement.
“I think he's a good fit for Leeds in general because his press is pretty similar in a way to (Marcelo) Bielsa's," he said.
“He just doesn't allow his players to end up vacating certain areas of the pitch and leaving big gaps, which in the Premier League with the quality that's there can be exploited.
“He has a philosophy that Leeds fans can get behind. Everything with him is similar to Bielsa, he doesn't want anything but hard work."
