KENINGAU: Minister of Community Development and People’s Well -Being Datuk Ir. Shahelmey Yahya said the Homeward programme is a holistic approach of the government to popularise services in the State.
He said the programme is implemented in all districts involving many agencies and departments in ensuring that the target community continues are cared for.
