Sport says Raphinha is high on Barcelona's shopping list, where his advisor Deco is now the club's South American scout.
Barca aim to offer €35m for the Brazil international at the end of the season.
However, Leeds could yet hold onto Raphinha, referring Barca and other suitors to his €75m buyout clause.
But the midfielder's deal also carries a relegation option, which would see Raphinha be able to leave for a knockdown €25m.
