Jesse Marsch believes he has found the perfect fit at Leeds United.

The American enjoyed his first win as Leeds boss last weekend, with Joe Gelhardt scoring deep in stoppage time to beat Norwich City.

Marsch lasted only five months in his previous job at RB Leipzig, but he feels things will be different at Elland Road.

"The biggest thing I learned at Leipzig was that I didn't belong there," Marsch told Sky Sports.

"I didn't feel right there. I didn't feel like I fit.

"I wanted to find a group that I did feel like I fit with and that's the feeling I have here."
