THE Tourism, Culture and Environment Ministry is confident that Sabah’s tourism industry will move into its recovery phase this year following the announcement by the Prime Minister of the re-opening of the country’s international borders.
Its Minister, Datuk Jafry Ariffin said, with this development, the Ministry is confident with the readiness of the tour operators to accept domestic and international tourist arrivals by adapting with the new norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
