TAWAU: Government Departments and Agencies as well as non-governmental organisations (NGOs) need to reach out to youth voters (Vote-18) to stimulate them to play a role as voters in the election.
Coordinator of the Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (Star) Kalabakan Division, Francis Lawrence @ Yusop, said a special approach should also be taken to give confidence that the group is eligible to be an election candidate.
