The likes of West Ham United, Tottenham, and FC Porto are watching the 18-year-old Bolivian.
While Zabala has not yet played for the Santos first team, he has impressed enough to earn national team games for Bolivia.
He came off the bench in a World Cup Qualifying defeat to Brazil recently.
