Manchester City have secured a controlling stake in NAC Breda.

The Dutch outfit becomes the latest club to join City Football Group's network.

NAC say the sales process is now in it's final stages with confidence on both sides of the table of the deal being completed.

"We hope to provide greater clarity on this exciting process, the shareholders have always sought a buyer to whom to transfer the NAC in good hands and with confidence," NAC said in a press release.

NAC turned to CFG in February after a deal with a local consortium fell through.
