Kota Kinabalu: Parti Warisan President Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said it is open to forming a smart partnership with other parties, whether government or opposition, to strengthen its presence in the State.
“To strengthen the party, we need to open our card. We understand that being alone is difficult,” he told a press conference, following Warisan’s Supreme Council Meeting at the party’s headquarters in Kolombong, Saturday.
