Barcelona midfielder Riqui Puig has emerged as a candidate to go to Wolves in a swap for Adama Traore.
Spain international winger Traore is on-loan at Barca to June with a permanent option set at €30m.
Howvever, with Barca seeking to bid big for Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland, Sport says the prospect of also shelling out for Traore is remote.
Instead, a swap proposal is being lined up, with Francisco Trincao, currently on-loan at Wolves, one option.
Puig, meanwhile, is another candidate for the exchange, with the midfielder on the outer of Barca coach Xavi's plans this season.
