Real Madrid aim to sell a raft of players this summer.

Real Madrid are keen to offload Eden Hazard, Luka Jovic and Mariano Diaz this summer in a bid to fund major moves in the transfer market.

Los Blancos have been heavily linked with a move for Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe and reports suggest they have not given up hope of signing Borussia Dortmund forward Erling Haaland either.

While the French striker would be able to move for nothing, there would still be considerable payments to agents while Haaland - who has a £63million release clause in his contract - is reportedly looking to earn more than £500,000 per week.

AS says Madrid are aware of their need to reduce their wage bill, and have highlighted Hazard, Jovic and Mariano as the three players they would be keen to sell.

They claim Belgium international Hazard receives about £25m (€30m) gross per season, while Serbian Jovic brings in £8.3m (€10m) and Mariano £7.5m (€9m).

The total figure saved on those gross salaries therefore comes out at £40.8m (€49m), the report adds.

It represents a significant saving on top of those set to leave on a free transfer in the summer, namely fellow outcasts Gareth Bale, Isco and Marcelo.
