Manchester United captain Harry Maguire admits they gave up possession too easily in defeat at Manchester City on Sunday.
United collapsed after halftime to lose 4-1 on the day.
Maguire said, "The second half came, and every time they put pressure on us, we gave the ball away far too easily. It enabled them to control the match through ball possession and it made it difficult for us to get on the pitch.
"Obviously they did what they do in terms of having ball possession and they did that part well in the second half.
"For me, however, the most important thing is that we have to take better care of the ball."
