1. Cancellation Policy
The terms hereof shall constitute Smart Investor cancellation and refund policy in relation to the Subscription Plans rendered on the Website (“Cancellation and Refund Policy”). Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.
- Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone or email.
- The company will require (3) working days to process your cancellation request.
- Cancellation will only applicable for orders that has not been processed for shipping.
2. Refund Policy
Please note that refunds only apply to cancellation of subscriptions plans purchased at https://www.smartinvestor.com.my/subscription-new/ operated by Smart Investor.
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, we will be unable to provide refunds for digital copies of our products.
For physical copies of our products, we are able to offer 7-days Money-Back Guarantee.
- Please contact our customer support team within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- We will process the refund within (14) calendar days.
- The item must unopened and in its original condition.
For our physical products that arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please take a picture and video as proof and contact us right away.
