Brighton midfielder Toby Collyer has reportedly agreed personal terms with Manchester United.
The 18-year-old was believed to be one of the most exciting young talents at the club after he captained England at youth level.
Collyer also made his Albion Under 18s debut when he was only 15-years-old.
The midfielder has even been branded as the next Declan Rice, who is a star for the England first team and West Ham.
Reports last week suggested the clubs had agreed on a deal for Collyer to make the move to Old Trafford.
Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports he has joined United on a three year contract.
