Leeds United boss Jesse Marsch says Ralf Rangnick taught him to look at football in a completely different way.
Marsch and Manchester United caretaker manager Rangnick worked together at RB Salzburg.
The American recalled to the Athletic: “I learned how detailed and pedantic the Germans are about football.
"They focus on the smallest details. I thought I was obsessed with small things until I met Rangnick.
“It was like an explosion in my head. I have learned to think differently. And since then, I learned more and more, delved deeper into the details. It was an important time."
