Gazeta Esportiva says the Blues and Wolves are eyeing a move for the Brazil midfielder.
The 23-year-old is currently in his native Brazil with the Ukrainian Premier League currently suspended due to the Russian invasion.
Pedrinho has been with Shakhtar since last summer, when he transferred for around £15 million from Benfica, and, according to the report, could make a decision on his future on Friday.
