PENAMPANG: Native rights activist Adrian Lasimbang questioned Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Jeffrey Kitingan whether he had consulted Yayasan Sabah before unilaterally naming them as NCA local implementer.
Adrian said Jeffrey’s statement that “Hoch Standard will provide the necessary technology and know-how” as insulting to Sabahans who worked on forest conservation.
