Arsenal are facing the small possibility of finishing fourth in the Premier League and missing out on a Champions League spot.

The Gunners are in pole position to secure fourth, as they are currently in that spot in the league table, and have games in hand on most of the teams vying for the same position.

One scenario, however, could result in Arsenal finishing fourth and not qualifying for the Champions League.

That would need Manchester United to win the Champions League, West Ham United to win the Europa League, and for neither of them to finish in the top four.

That would mean the top three in the league, and those two teams, qualify for next season's Champions League.

Mikel Arteta's side are currently one point ahead of fifth-placed Manchester United and three points ahead of West Ham United and Tottenham.
