Arsenal are preparing an offer for Galatasaray winger Kerem Akturkoglu, reports in Turkey have claimed.
The 23-year-old has enjoyed a breakthrough season in Istanbul, having scored 11 goals and provided 7 assists from Gala this season.
The Gunners have begun negotiations with Gala and would have to pay 20 million euros to secure Akturkoglu's signature, per Star Gazetesi.
The report claims Atletico Madrid, Wolfsburg, Tottenham and Lyon are also looking at Akturkoglu.
Mikel Arteta is set to be given another war chest to fund his squad this summer as his young Arsenal team have progressed positively this season.
A striker is also on the cards for Arteta, with Darwin Nunez and Alexander Isak considered primary targets.
