Dear friends and compatriots:
I am about to complete my mission as the Consul General in Kota Kinabalu and am being transferred back to China.
Due to the pandemic, I regret not being able to gather with you again to recall our friendship heartily. So, I have to write this letter to say goodbye to everyone to express my gratitude and reluctant to leave.
I came to the beautiful “Land Below the Wind” in September 2017 to serve as the second Chinese Consul General in Kota Kinabalu.
