Yuri Zhirkov says he treasures his time with Chelsea.
The former Russia international played between 2009 and 2011 at Stamford Bridge.
Zhirkov said, "In terms of football, yes. I always said it was a pleasure to play there."
Asked his most vivid football memory from England, he recalled: "At the very first training session, John Terry rolled his straight leg into my chest.
"(Branislav) Ivanovic then explained to me: 'You must always play like this: tough, hard'.
"Everyone should always be charged."
