Corriere dello Sport says Arsenal and Manchester United are preparing offers for the Nigeria international.
Newcastle made an offer of €80m for Osimhen in January - which was immediately rejected by Napoli.
The Azzurri, however, would be willing to sell this summer, at a starting price of €120m.
United and Arsenal are in contact and willing to bid for Osimhen towards the end of this season.
