Norwich City boss Dean Smith says they're not giving up on Premier League survival.

Smith and Norwich go to former club Aston Villa tomorrow.

He said, "We can't control anything that goes on in other grounds. We can control our performance and put in a good display and that is what I want the players to concentrate on.

"One of the biggest reasons me and Craig Shakespeare came to this football club, is that the supporters, the sporting director and the owners fitted our values."

Smith also delivered an update on Kenny McLean's situation.

He added: "It is not the big toe. It is a small fracture. It is one back in the day you will have probably taped up and got on with it, but we have got a medical department that can take the pain away. He won't want our sympathy."
