Oscar de Marcos has signed a new deal with Athletic Bilbao.
The veteran midfielder has today penned a new 12-month contract to June 2023. As with his previous agreement, the deal doesn't carry a buyout clause.
The agreement was sealed in Ibaigane today, together with the president, Aitor Elizegi, and the sports director, Rafa Alkorta.
Signed from Alaves in 2009, De Marcos has played a total of 452 games for Athletic.
Of the current squad, only Iker Muniain, with 492 games, has made more appearances for Athletic.
