Everton are willing to let Allan leave this summer.
Allan joined Everton from Napoli in September 2020 for £27.1million when Carlo Ancelotti was in charge.
Although Allan has one year remaining on his contract, he is one of several players who could end up leaving Goodison Park, says the Daily Mail.
The Brazil international has made 52 appearances for Everton so far but his form this season has been rather underwhelming.
The 31-year-old has played under three permanent managers during his time at Everton (Ancelotti, Rafa Benitez and Frank Lampard), which hasn't helped with regards to momentum and performances.
