Kota Kinabalu: The Federal Government must look for a new approach to ensure development projects planned for Sabah could be carried out smoothly and completed on schedule.
Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin said he has suggested for a ‘build and transfer’ approach to the Prime Minister whereby appointed contractors will be paid once they completed the projects based on work specifications.
