Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti wants to keep hold of Dani Ceballos next season.
That's according to Marca's Ramon Alvarez, who is reporting Ancelotti doesn't want to lose the midfielder, despite a deal being settled with Real Betis.
He said on his Youtube channel: "Real Madrid and Betis had pretty much agreed on the transfer price for Ceballos for this summer.
"He had no problem accepting Betis, it was the most likely option.
"Last summer, it couldn't be done because of the Andalusian club's salary limit."
It's now emerged Real could even offer Ceballos a new contract for 2-3 years.
