Kota Kinabalu: City Hall (DBKK) needs to pay attention on the aspects of cleanliness, harmony and safety, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.
He said a clean, beautiful and vibrant city would attract tourists, thus strengthening economic growth through tourism.
