Former Denmark and Ajax assistant coach Christian Poulsen rates Erik ten Hag as among the best coaches in the world.
Ten Hag will leave Ajax to take charge of Manchester United at the end of the season.
Poulsen told TV2: "It is clear that the football game changes all the time, and I have a feeling that Erik ten Hag is a very modern coach. He keeps up with the times and the currents that are in football around this transition game. He has proven that he can create results in Europe.
"I have not had Pep Guardiola or Jürgen Klopp in these years, but I have a feeling that he is up to that calibre.
"When you look at the most interesting coaches, I think he is in the top five in the world right now."
