Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is happy with the attitude of Nicolas Pepe.
The Ivory Coast attacker has admitted some frustration over his lack of minutes, though says he's prepared to work harder to win over the manager.
Arteta said: "I want to know if it is an honest opinion. As for Nico, I think it's about him not showing me anything different.
"I do not want players who are complacent enough to accept the situation.
"There must be a will to improve, to try to make the player who plays better and help the team in a different way. When you get the chance, you have to take it."
