KUDAT: The Kudat BIMP-EAGA Business Council (BEBC-Kudat) and local businessmen and traders are optimistic of improved economic activities with the construction of a new port in Kudat.
BEBC Kudat Chairman Datuk James Lim (welcomed the assurance by the Sabah government recently to proceed with planned construction of new port.
Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Bung Moktar confirmed that the government would continue its plan for the port.
