BELURAN: Sabahans are encouraged to take advantage of the Malaysia Cooperative Commission’s (SKM) offer of cooperative development funding worth up to RM300, 000.
Julie Sabran, a member of the SKM Board of Directors, explained that the main criteria for receiving the funding is that the applicant must first form a cooperative.
She explained that the fund is not a debt that must be repaid, but rather a financial assistance from the government through SKM to help cooperative businesses grow.
