Reims president Jean-Pierre Caillot admits Hugo Ekitike will be sold this summer.
The young striker is a target for Newcastle United and AC Milan this summer.
Caillot said, "In Hugo's case, he would waste time staying with us.
"We turned down an offer of 35 million euros this winter, which is a lot of money for a club like ours. The money will be used to develop and improve the club.
"Hugo will be allowed to go and he will probably switch. There was not a big club that did not ask for him."
