Liverpool hero Graeme Souness hailed Tottenham striker Harry Kane after their win at Aston Villa.
Despite not scoring, Kane once again turned provider for Spurs laying on two of the four goals they scored.
Souness said: "I think Harry Kane since he's come back, he had a disastrous start by his standards, is quickly becoming a player who you'd pay to watch just him play."
The former Liverpool captain added: "I think his football at the moment is the best I've seen from him. Okay, he won't be entirely happy because he's not getting the goals. But his game is just superb.
"He's just an all-round super footballer at this time. He won't be happy as I said, because he's a striker and strikers are a strange animal."
