Alex Telles insists Manchester United's inconsistent form cannot be blamed on their search for a new manager.
The Brazil fullback also says he believes he can help United return to the top of the English game.
"There are people at the club working on the next manager, but that's for the next season. The next season will depend on what we do in the games that remain, so we need to stay focused. We can't think about who the next manager will be, we have to think about working hard for the next match [Norwich]," Telles told Sky Sports.
"We want to work, not talk and turn this situation around. We know the quality we have, we know the expectations of the fans and the club and we want to do our best to change things for the better."
