Kota Kinabalu: The distribution of 40 per cent of the Federal revenue in Sabah will help solve the flood problem which requires more than RM3 billion.
Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (Star) Sabah supreme council member Ir Awang Saleh Hj Makmud said the Federal Government should reconsider the distribution of the percentage to fulfill its responsibilities enshrined in the Federal Constitution.
