Meeting some worldwide stars sounds fantastic, but spotting Lewis Hamilton while you’re at the petrol station sounds even unbelievable. However, some of the lucky fans had their prayers answered yesterday.
Malaysians took to social media yesterday (11 Apr) after spotting seven-time F1 champion Sir Lewis Hamilton pull up next to a single-seater at a Petronas petrol station in Ampang.
“Never in my life would I ever imagine seeing Sir Lewis Hamilton, the 7-time world champion, at a Petronas petrol station in Ampang,” the Twitter user wrote.
The Twitter user @aimanhxzm shared a screenshot from his Instagram story of the Formula One world champion, which quickly went viral, with over 15k Retweets.

Apparently, the netizen was not the only one who spotted him, but many other netizens also shared their lucky encounter with Lewis Hamilton.
The champion was believed to be on set for Petronas, with many photographs of him on set being shared on social media.
