Kota Kinabalu: DAP Sabah Secretary Phoong Jin Zhe said Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin should form a crisis response team instead of shifting the blame to the opposition for Sabah’s water and power problems.
“The problem of water disruption and power outage has turned into a crisis for Kota Kinabalu residents, particularly as Raya and Kaamatan approaches, which will see huge increases in demand.
“Every day, my office gets more than five calls about water supply disruptions and power outages,” said Phoong, who is also Luyang Assemblyman.
