Arsenal chief Edu hasn't dropped his interest in Juventus midfielder Arthur Melo.
TMW says Edu remains interested in signing Arthur from Juventus.
A deal was close to completion in January but it never managed to materialise after negotiations began late in the window. The player's agent Federico Pastorello even traveled to London to discuss terms.
Arthur is regarded highly by Juve coach Max Allegri, though could be sacrificed to fund the club's summer market plans.
Edu remains a fan and is expected to try again for the Brazil international at season's end.
