Manchester City star Bernardo Silva says Gabriel Jesus showed his quality against Real Madrid.
Jesus put in a spirited display as City came away with a 4-3 win in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final on Tuesday.
The Brazilian has not always been first choice this term, and is linked with a move to Arsenal in the summer.
"Gabriel Jesus is in fantastic shape. He scored four goals last weekend, on Tuesday another one," Bernardo told reporters.
"He is a great player and he deserves the best for the way he trains and plays for the team.
"With his talent, his attitude to helping the team is admirable.
"He is one of our most important players."
