Veteran Dutch coach Aad de Mos believes Ajax boss Erik ten Hag has lost his dressing room.
Ajax lost the Dutch Cup final on Sunday as Ten Hag prepares to leave for Manchester United.
De Mos told Eindhovens Dagblad: "Ten Hag has lost his way a bit.
"He has to be careful after these series of results, because I think the dressing room at Ajax is really sick. He has of course taken risks.
"The Ihattaren substitution also turned out completely wrong. Ten Hag is losing players in the dressing room.
"Since (sporting director Marc) Overmars left, he no longer wins a game, the football is completely gone."
