Ralf Rangnick has ripped to shreds Manchester United's playing squad in a review he will hand to incoming manager Erik ten Hag.
The Mirror says as part of his duties in easing the handover to Ten Hag, Rangnick has been asked by director of football John Murtough and CEO Richard Arnold to prepare a dossier on his squad for his successor.
It's claimed that Rangnick believes he has been "hung out to dry" by his squad during his five months in charge.
He reckons that some players have "ignored" his instructions - and thinks the dressing room is "selfish, over-inflated, lacking quality and too powerful".
It's claimed that Rangnick is "staggered" by the lack of "professionalism" on show at Old Trafford.
The 63-year-old thinks that United are in desperate need of a clear-out, with an emphasis that should be placed on recruiting "young, hungry players".
Rangnick believes United players aren't fit enough, and that pundit Gary Neville was right when he called his beloved side "broken".
