Former Liverpool and Manchester City midfielder Didi Hamann has taken a swipe at Pep Guardiola.
Hamann says Guardiola's reputation is overblown.
He said: “In terms of merit, Jurgen Klopp has the upper hand over Josep Guardiola. Now there are three coaches whom I consider more successful than the Spaniard.
"I don't understand the hype around him.
"José Mourinho has won titles in four different countries and won the Champions League with two clubs, while Carlo Ancelotti's accomplishments are second to none. What about the third coach? For me, it's Jurgen Klopp. His achievements at Liverpool, given the club's financial capacity, are simply remarkable."
